Frequently Asked Questions
Print on demand means that items are printed, cut and bound when an order is placed. This means that additional time may be needed to fulfill an order. This could be as short as 7-10 days, or it may be longer.
- A purchase of 1-9 books, will be shipped via USPS Media Mail for FREE within 2-10 business days.
- Ten or more books, will be shipped via USPS Media Mail within 2-10 business days depending on stock. Additional shipping charges apply based on weight.
- Twenty or more books, will ship directly from the print company to the address provided via UPS. Books are printed “on demand” with 7-14 days processing allowance. Additional ship charges apply based on weight.
- Email a request for a Return Form at Handsonalgebra@gmail.com.
- Print the completed form and enclouse in package. You are responsible for shipping cost and tracking. If tracking is not provided, the return and refund will be canceled. Return address is Tips2Teach, P.O. Box 8250, Houston, TX 77288.
- If items were delivered defective or damaged, please send at least three clear pictures to Handsonalgebra@gmail.com. Softecover books are subject to normal wear; cover, pages and film will curl with use. The book is not produced to be bent backward or curling the pages around the back. Refunds will not be given in these instances. The cover has a matte finish and is subject to fingerprints, oil and lotion. The film may have characteristic imperfections that do not detract from the content. In these instances, returns or refunds are not accepted.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 1-3 days via the same payment method.
- No returns or refunds accepted after 14 days from delivery date.
